From first conversation to move-in day!
Step 1: Getting to know you
We start our process by figuring out what your specific needs are in a home, then we help you navigate budget creation and finding a location for your new home.
Step 2: Selecting your design
This is where you will be able to choose your floor plan and colour selection, get firm quotes on delivery and any site work that needs to be done as well as signing your sales & purchase agreement, and getting your financing approval in place.
Step 3: Building your home
Once all the Paperwork is in place, we build your new home inside our plant away from the elements.
Step 4: Move in
Enjoy many happy years in your new home!
