Step 1: Consultation & Needs
We start by understanding what you want to build, how you plan to use the home, and what features matter most (layout, bedrooms, finishes, and overall priorities).
Step 2: Lot & Project Fit
If you already have land, we confirm the basic site readiness (access, services, and foundation plan). If you don’t have land yet, we help you plan for what’s needed so there are no surprises later.
Step 3: Design & Selections
You choose the floor plan and key finish options. We confirm the scope and details so everything is clear before moving forward.
Step 4: Quote & Agreement
Once the design and scope are confirmed, we finalize your quote and move into the purchase agreement and required paperwork to start the project.
Step 5: Factory Build
Your home is built indoors in our plant, protected from the elements. This keeps the build process consistent and quality-controlled.
Step 6: Delivery & Set
When the home is ready, we coordinate delivery and the on-site set, including the steps needed to get your home placed and ready for final connections.
Step 7: Final Walkthrough & Move-In
We complete a final walkthrough and address any last details before you settle into your new home and start enjoying it.
